Fashioned like an old comic book story, this film is the second movie that B-Western film star Lash La Rue did for writer/director Phil Smoot. La Rue breaks the mold in a film that features both guns and horses but allows him to put down his trademark weapon. DVD features include new widescreen and full screen versions, writer/director and editor commentary, interviews with Sunset Carson, La Rue, and actress Kari Anderson, news conference before the filming, home video footage on the set, and trailer of The Dark Power with La Rue.
